Make Adobe Reader To Speaker

First install Adobe Reader X
then open any PDF file and goto view botton in menu

view---->Read out loud------>Active Read out loud

then again goto
view---->Read out loud------>Read to end of document

that's it the pdf reader starts reading the whole pdf.....
